Position Overview

We are seeking an Onsite Sr. Lead Techno-Functional Reltio MDM Consultant to architect, lead, and drive the strategic execution of our Master Data Management platform. In this high-impact, leadership-oriented role, you will be the primary technical authority and business partner, bridging the gap between enterprise engineering teams and executive Life Sciences stakeholders. You will own the governance, architecture, and alignment of critical enterprise data domains, with a sharp focus on Healthcare Professionals (HCPs), Healthcare Organizations (HCOs), Patients, and complex Affiliations/Contacts.

The ideal candidate brings an authoritative technical command of the Reltio Cloud platform, proven leadership in delivering enterprise-scale MDM programs, and a sophisticated understanding of Life Sciences commercial operations, clinical ecosystems, and global compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Engagement

• Enterprise Stakeholder Management: Function as the primary onsite strategic liaison across IT, Data Governance, Commercial Operations, and Business Leadership to transform high-level business objectives into robust MDM blueprints.

• Domain Ownership & Governance: Design and govern the global master data roadmap for HCPs, HCOs, Contacts, and Consent/Preference Management, ensuring strict alignment with regulatory requirements (e.g., IDMP, HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act).

• Data Stewardship Leadership: Oversee and mentor data stewardship teams to architect enterprise-wide match/merge topologies, complex survivorship criteria, and predictive data quality frameworks that power field operations (CRM/Veeva) and corporate analytics.

• Workshop Orchestration: Lead discovery and discovery workshops to resolve organizational data ambiguities, mapping intricate data flows and data lineages across highly fragmented healthcare ecosystems.

Technical Architecture & Delivery Governance

• Advanced Reltio Architecture: Drive the end-to-end design and configuration of Reltio L3 data models, graph relationships, advanced match/merge rules, and complex custom UI layouts.

• Ecosystem Integration: Architect scalable real-time and batch data integration streams connecting Reltio with enterprise-tier systems, explicitly managing bidirectional integrations with Veeva CRM/Network, Salesforce Health Cloud, and premier data syndicators (e.g., IQVIA, Veeva OpenData, Definitive Healthcare).

• API & Streaming Strategy: Oversee the utilization of Reltio REST APIs and enterprise messaging middleware (e.g., Kafka, AWS SQS/SNS) to establish low-latency, event-driven data distribution.

• Workflows & Analytics Optimization: Design enterprise-grade Reltio Business Process Management (BPMN) workflows, complex analytical attributes, and fine-grained Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC).

• Technical Mentorship: Lead, review, and validate the technical deliverables of offshore and onsite development tracks, ensuring strict adherence to architecture best practices and performance optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical & Engineering Command

• Reltio Platform Mastery: Deep, demonstrable experience architecting within the Reltio MDM ecosystem (Console, Data Modeler, Advanced Match/Merge Engine, Reltio Integration Hub/RIH).

• Programming & Systems: High proficiency in JSON, Java, SQL, and graph data modeling patterns.

• Enterprise Integration: Extensive experience with cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform) and enterprise integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica, Talend).

• Modern Data Stack: Proven experience designing data distribution layers into Snowflake, Databricks, or advanced cloud data warehouses for downstream reporting.

Functional Leadership & Domain Experience

• Life Sciences / Healthcare Domain: Minimum 7+ years of experience leading data initiatives focused on HCP/HCO mastery, aggregate spend/compliance tracking, and market access dynamics.

• Ecosystem Expertise: Hands-on history of leading large-scale integrations between MDM platforms and Veeva Systems or Salesforce ecosystems, alongside a mature understanding of commercial data vendor schemas.

• Regulatory & Compliance Fluency: Comprehensive understanding of the regulatory guardrails impacting life sciences data (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GxP).
