Senior Finance Paralegal
115-125k, Hybrid.
Liberty Personnel is partnered with a Global Law Firm seeking to add a Senior Paralegal to their Finance Practice Group.

Responsibilities

Support attorneys on private equity, finance, and transactional matters.
Assist with the preparation, review, and organization of transaction documents.
Coordinate due diligence and closing processes.
Maintain transaction records, checklists, and related documentation.
Work with attorneys, clients, lenders, sponsors, and other parties throughout transactions.
Assist with entity formation, organizational documents, and related filings.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program.
4+ years of experience supporting private equity, finance, corporate, or transactional matters.
In depth knowledge of UCC, Lien and Litigation searches.
Strong organizational and document management skills.
