Job description

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!

The Role

Own the end-to-end strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for workforce management platforms covering paid time off and time and labor management solutions
Assess market requirements, conduct research, and prioritize high-value use cases and AI-driven opportunities based on data insights and customer needs
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data, UX, legal, and go-to-market teams to deliver scalable, compliant, and customer-centric product experiences
Monitor product performance and business outcomes to optimize experiences, improve adoption, and inform future roadmap decisions

What You'll Need

5+ years of software product design, development, and direct product management experience
Experience delivering workforce management products
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making

What's On Offer

Annual salary of $89,600 to $168,000, with compensation potentially including bonuses consistent with corporate bonus plans
