Cloud Engineer AWS

Introduction:

As a Cloud Engineer AWS, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud infrastructure using Amazon Web Services (AWS). You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure the scalability and reliability of our cloud-based applications.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy scalable, highly available, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure best practices for cloud-based applications
• Implement and maintain network security and data protection in the cloud environment
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) services
• Strong understanding of cloud computing principles
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (e.g., Python, Bash)
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Knowledge of networking and security principles in cloud environments

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK stack)
