Location: Crystal City, VA
Work Model: Hybrid – 2 days onsite per week

Salary Rate: $65-$70 per hour on W2

We are seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer specializing in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience managing enterprise Microsoft 365 environments, with particular expertise in Exchange Online, identity, security, compliance, automation, and cloud operations.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of overall IT experience
• 5+ years of hands-on Microsoft 365 and Entra ID/Azure AD administration in a mid-to-large enterprise environment
• Expert-level Exchange Online administration
• Strong experience troubleshooting mail flow and configuring transport rules, connectors and policies
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience
• Strong hands-on KQL experience with Microsoft 365 Defender, Sentinel or Log Analytics
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, OAuth/OIDC, federation, PIM and Identity Protection
• Experience with Microsoft 365 security and compliance, including DLP, retention, eDiscovery and auditing
• Experience administering SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, GitHub or similar tools for scripts, pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
• Strong incident troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills

Preferred Skills:

• Microsoft Graph API
• Microsoft Sentinel
• Microsoft Purview
• Kubernetes/AKS integration with Entra ID
• CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices
• LSoft List-Plex

Candidates must be able to work onsite in Crystal City, VA two days per week.
