The Role
- Planning and executing complex transfer projects for early and late-stage biologicals (CMC I & II).
- Producing high-quality, timely transfer documentation aligned with current regulations and international guidelines.
- Managing product transfer activities for clinical production facilities in downstream processing (purification).
- Preparing regulatory submission documents and responding to health authority inquiries.
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in the contract manufacturing business.
- Serving as a subject matter expert for process engineering challenges in biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Bioinformatics, or a related field with relevant experience.
- Experience with biopharmaceutical upstream (mammalian cell culture) or downstream (purification) processes, including development, production, and project management.
- Strong understanding of biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes, preferably with a focus on downstream purification.
- Familiarity with the requirements of GMP-regulated environments.
- Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.
