The Role

• Centralized sample reception, including GMP-compliant documentation.
• Execution of shipping activities for biological materials.
• Creation of shipping documentation and submission of applications for valuation and classification of shipped goods.
• Coordination of sample flow for stability testing and process-analytical orders within analytical functions.
• Interaction with local and global interfaces from other departments and external service providers.
• Creation and tracking of analytical orders.

What You'll Need

• Successfully completed studies in a natural science field or a comparable qualification in Physics, Pharma Technology, Packaging Technology, Biotechnology, Process Engineering, Plastics Technology, Materials Science, or Materials Testing.
• Proficient in standard MS Office applications.
• Good written and spoken German and English language skills.
• Strong teamwork abilities and a results-oriented work approach.
• Excellent planning and coordination skills.
