Senior Product Manager - Backend Platforms

RESPONSIBILITIES

Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Backend Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product management efforts for backend loyalty platforms and services
• Support migration from internal loyalty systems to a third-party platform
• Partner with engineering managers, architects, and senior product leaders to execute transformation initiatives
• Manage requirements across complex service-oriented and microservice architectures
• Coordinate integration efforts between internal systems and third-party solutions
• Prioritize and deliver product capabilities in a rapidly evolving environment
• Support engineering teams by providing product direction and resolving blockers
• Manage dependencies across multiple teams and technology domains
• Drive stakeholder alignment and communication throughout the transformation

REQUIREMENTS

• 7+ years of Product Management experience
• Strong backend platform product management experience
• Experience working with complex system architectures, APIs, integrations, and microservices
• Experience managing large-scale technical transformation programs
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams
• Experience supporting engineering organizations through platform modernization efforts
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with loyalty platforms, customer engagement, or MarTech ecosystems
• Experience leading platform migrations or re-platforming initiatives
• Experience integrating third-party technology solutions
• Consulting background
• Retail industry experience
• Familiarity with cloud-based and service-oriented architectures

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
