Responsibilities:

  • Manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
  • Coach team members on Agile and Scrum frameworks and best practices.
  • Facilitate effective internal communication and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications with customers and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, priorities, and new requests.
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, risks, and obstacles that may impact project delivery.
  • Help teams implement changes effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure deliverables meet established quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Guide development teams toward higher levels of Scrum maturity.
  • Foster a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product.
  • Drive product innovation and support end-to-end product launches.
  • Collaborate with Digital Business partners and vendors to develop product roadmaps and drive products and features from concept through launch.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including analytics, engineering, design/user experience, and user enablement.
  • Translate data insights into actionable product solutions that deliver value to customers.
  • Work in an Agile environment to continuously review business needs, refine priorities, define milestones and deliverables, and identify opportunities and risks.
  • Partner with stakeholders and customers across the organization to define product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to develop, own, and execute the product roadmap.
  • Translate roadmap features into clearly defined product requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and maintain sprint backlogs while balancing stakeholder and business requirements.
  • Lead the product functional design process using a strong understanding of users, business needs, and technology.
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and other teams have the resources required for a successful launch.
