You’ll have unrestricted territories, access to shared company trucks, and extensive in-house training to set you up for long-term success.

Company trucks available (9 total, shared among team)
Gas cards provided when needed
Unrestricted territories — no limits on where you can build your pipeline
Flexible schedule — create and manage your own workday
Ongoing training and mentorship
Perform roof inspections and educate homeowners on damage and solutions
Assist customers through insurance claim process professionally
Build lasting customer relationships through clear communication and trust
Stay organized and consistent with CRM and team updates
Excellent communication and customer service skills
60,000 – $150,000+/year (Uncapped Commission + Bonus Opportunities)
