About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Jewelry Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury jewelry, enjoys building relationships with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Jewelry Sales Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist clients in selecting fine jewelry, and help create a memorable shopping experience while meeting individual and store sales goals. Responsibilities
Greet customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.

Assist customers with selecting jewelry, explaining product features, materials, and care instructions. Build lasting relationships with clients through outstanding customer service and follow-up. Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing showroom. Assist with inventory counts, merchandising, and restocking displays. Stay informed about current collections, promotions, and industry trends. Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and concerns professionally.

Follow company policies and procedures regarding security, cash handling, and loss prevention. Qualifications
Previous retail sales experience required; jewelry or luxury retail experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using POS systems and basic computer applications. Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
