Licensed Insurance Sales Representative

After initial training, this role offers a minimum base hourly that starts at $12-$16 an hour during the training period and then goes to $18 to $23 and hour based on production.

Successful candidates can earn up to $100,000 per year, including commission and bonus incentives. Responsibilities
Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, personal contacts and other lead sources. Develop insurancequotes, make sales presentations, and close sales. Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program. Share training and education knowledge and expertise with new team members. Serve and meet the customers needs. Requirements
A Property Casualty Insurance License is preferred. Licensing Assistance Available. Positive attitude!

Integrity
Create relationships from a cold start. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Previous Insurance experience is a plus. Previous Allstate experience is a plus. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
