Join a dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager to lead the AI and Personalization Platform initiatives. This remote contract position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project roadmaps, and ensuring successful delivery of AI solutions. Applicants should have experience with project management methodologies and a strong understanding of AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of platform initiatives, including planning, execution, and post-launch evaluation.
• Develop and maintain integrated project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among engineering, data, and product teams.
• Establish processes for project intake, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance practices for AI delivery.

Qualifications

• PMP certification required.
• 7 years of experience in project management for technical initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies and platform delivery lifecycle.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
