Position: Project Manager

Compensation: $ 50 - 63 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!

This is a contract opportunity supporting digital teams and high-impact initiatives during a planned leave coverage period. The role offers the chance to step into a visible position, partner with cross-functional groups, and help keep data, reporting, and software development projects moving forward. It's a strong opportunity for a detail-oriented project professional who enjoys structure, collaboration, and working in a modern, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support day-to-day activities for digital and data-focused teams.
• Coordinate requirements gathering across multiple departments.
• Lead project meetings and track action items through completion.
• Manage software, reporting, and data-related project work.
• Help organize project timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
• Partner with technical teams using agile workflows and tools.
• Assist with larger system implementation projects as needed.
• Transition into independent ownership during the contract period.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Mid-level project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with agile processes.
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira, or GitHub Projects.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Experience gathering requirements across departments.
• Background supporting data, reporting, or software teams.
• General project management and business analysis experience.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience supporting large system implementation projects.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in a hybrid project environment.
