Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of large-scale engineering and construction projects from field turnover through commissioning and project closeout. The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage project scope, budgets, schedules, safety, and quality, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all phases of project execution from field turnover through commissioning and project completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Supply Chain, and Operations.
  • Oversee contract administration, project documentation, and change management.
  • Monitor project costs, financial performance, forecasting, and budget compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate project planning, scheduling, commissioning, and operational readiness activities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and field personnel to resolve project issues and maintain project momentum.
  • Manage relationships with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and regulatory agencies.
  • Track project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to leadership.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize schedule or budget impacts.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, process optimization, and digital project management practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field.
  • 6 10 years of experience managing engineering, construction, infrastructure, or capital projects.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, contracts, and project execution.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction practices.
  • Excellent financial analysis, reporting, and budget management skills.
  • Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience in Engineering, Construction, Energy, Utilities, Renewable Energy, or Supply Chain industries.
  • Experience with digital transformation, project analytics, automation, or enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar applications.
  • Experience managing EPC or large-scale capital projects.
