Role: SAP CRM Service Consultant

Location: Santa Clara, CA

Key Responsibilities:

Implement, configure, and support SAP CRM Service module.

Gather business requirements and provide CRM Service solutions.

Configure service processes such as:

Service Requests

Service Orders

Service Contracts

Installed Base

Warranty Management

Service Confirmation

Work on CRM Middleware and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA.

Support enhancements, testing, and defect resolution.

Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams.

Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support.

Participate in system upgrades, patches, and production support activities.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in SAP CRM Service module.

Knowledge of CRM Web UI configuration.

Experience with CRM Middleware and data replication.

Understanding of Service Management business processes.

Integration knowledge with SAP ECC, SD, MM, and CS modules.

Experience in testing, support, and incident management.
