The Role • Manage a defined sales territory, utilizing CRM tools and employing strong lead generation and negotiation skills. • Develop and execute strategic account outsourcing plans for commercial clients. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the core commercial market segment. • Prepare and present tailored proposals and solutions that address client needs. • Collaborate with internal specialists to engineer comprehensive, custom security solutions. • Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings weekly to foster relationships and drive new business. What You'll Need • High School diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred). • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales with a consultative approach. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding high sales quotas. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms. • Ability to travel across assigned geographic areas. • Background in electronic security sales is a strong plus.
