We are seeking passionate SEND Tutors and Teachers to join an impact-driven community dedicated to transforming the lives of young people with SEND and SEMH needs. The Role

• Provide tailored Maths, English, or Science tuition to young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and PMLD needs.
• Deliver in-person, remote, or hybrid tutoring sessions across KS1-KS5, adapting to student requirements.
• Plan and deliver trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring, supporting referred pupils from local authorities and schools.
• Report on lessons and provide regular feedback on student progress.
• Play a key role in a mission to raise the standard of education for vulnerable young people.

What You'll Need

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
• A minimum of 2 years' teaching experience, with a strong preference for experience with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or PMLD.
• Familiarity with teaching core subjects: Maths, English, and/or Science.
• Knowledge of safeguarding practices and creating a safe learning environment.
• Enhanced DBS check (facilitation available) and 2 professional references.
• Right to work in the UK.
