The Role

• Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum within your assigned room.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Oversee children's development and wellbeing, tracking progress and communicating with parents.
• Act as a Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
• Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment.

What You'll Need

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting; supervisory experience is advantageous.
• Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
• Passionate about fostering children's development and building positive relationships with families.
• Ability to contribute to a positive and supportive team dynamic.
