Senior Sales Territory Manager

Job Description *Candidate must be located in West Texas
Preferred Cities: Midland/Odessa, Lubbock, Amarillo, Abilene*
What You’ll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):
~ Represent TSI and its portfolio of products to assigned small and medium multi-location, high-value retail customers.
~ Be responsible for the sales, profit, expenses, marketing, and merchandising functions for the assigned customers.
~ Build productive relationships with each company’s key decision makers.
~ Lead the customer account planning cycle and develop strategic short- and long-run plans that will achieve predetermined sales goals.
~ Coordinate with the customers and the TSI field sales associates to implement training programs for the customers’ relevant employees.
~ Ensure that all the customers’ needs and expectations are met.
~ Regularly evaluate customers’ sales performance and develop strategies to sustain successes and improve deficiencies.
~ Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary Range

The total estimated annual compensation, including base pay and incentives, is $ 85,000 - $ 110,000.
What You’ll Need (Qualifications):
~ Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
~4 years of experience in sales is required.
