Job description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary: • Lead mission-critical system development, deployment, and evolution in a customer-facing DevOps engineering role. • Focus on the development, deployment, and administration of complex systems using C++, Python, Kubernetes, and GPU technologies. • Support satellite communication systems and RF data processing applications across full lifecycle operations.

Qualifications && Compensation: • Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Years of experience: 20+ years • Total Compensation: $308k+ yearly Job Description: • Design, deploy, configure, and maintain high-availability Kubernetes clusters using Rancher and RKE2. • Implement Kubernetes security contr ols, including RBAC, service accounts, secrets, certificate management, and policy engines. • Automate OS deployment, hardening, and configuration management on Linux platforms (RHEL/Rocky/EL9) using Ansible and Bash. • Develop and test software and automation scripts using C++, Python, Bash, and Go for RF data processing applications. • Build and manage GitOps pipelines, build automation, and Git workflows with comprehensive unit testing. • Manage cluster networking, external storage integration, worker node lifecycle automation, and GPU workload scheduling. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and present complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
