Must-Have Skills:

• Experience managing complex CRM, customer engagement, technology, or digital transformation programs across multiple stakeholders and workstreams
• Strong executive communication, presentation, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of program management, PMO, project management, business operations, or related experience.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with CRM migrations/transformation and platforms such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with Agile/product operating models and experience in healthcare, pharmaceutical, life sciences.
