Technical Program Manager

Key Requirements:

1. Strong IT program/project management and customer-facing delivery experience
2. Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional teams
3. Excellent stakeholder and executive communication skills
4. Good understanding of financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability
5. Strong risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management skills
6. Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
7. Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
8. Ability to manage geographically distributed teams
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
10. Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Power BI, or similar tools
11. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications are a plus
