Required Skills:

1.5+ years implementing Oracle EPM Cloud, with at least two full lifecycle implementations

2.Hands-on configuration experience in ARCS and FCCS

3.Working knowledge of PeopleSoft nVision and PeopleSoft General Ledger structures (trees, ledgers, chartfields)

4.Familiarity with BlackLine reconciliation and close management functionality, sufficient to map existing processes to Oracle EPM equivalents

5.Strong accounting and financial close domain knowledge

6.Demonstrated client-facing consulting experience in large enterprise environments

Preferred

1.Oracle EPM Cloud certification

2.Experience with EPM Integration Agent / Data Integration

3.Prior legacy-to-EPM migration or platform consolidation experience

4.Exposure to SOX control environments and audit requirements

Overview: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Cloud consultant to lead the replacement of a client's existing PeopleSoft nVision reporting and BlackLine financial close platforms with Oracle EPM Cloud. The role requires both functional depth in financial close and reporting processes and the technical ability to design and implement the target-state solution.

Key responsibilities

1.Assess current-state financial reporting (PeopleSoft nVision) and reconciliation/close processes (BlackLine); document requirements and identify gaps

2.Design and configure the target Oracle EPM Cloud solution, with emphasis on Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS), and Narrative Reporting

3.Map and migrate existing nVision report inventory to Oracle EPM reporting capabilities

4.Define integration approach between Oracle EPM Cloud and the client's source ERP, including metadata and data flows

5.Support data validation, parallel testing, and reconciliation against legacy outputs

6.Lead client workshops; produce design documentation and knowledge transfer materials

7.Advise on close-cycle process improvements enabled by the new platform
