Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Computer Systems Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Elicit, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements for enterprise technology, data, and AI-enabled solutions.
2. Analyze business processes, system interactions, data structures, workflows, and integration requirements to identify gaps and define effective solutions.
3. Develop and maintain business requirements, process models, data flows, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, test cases, and related system documentation.
4. Collaborate with business, technology, data, risk, security, and compliance stakeholders to support solution delivery, validate requirements, and assess business and system impacts.
    

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, business analysis, requirements management, systems analysis, or related technology analysis roles, including experience supporting enterprise technology and data initiatives.
Technical Skills	Requirements Analysis, Business Systems Analysis, Data Analysis, Data Modeling, Process Mapping, Data Flow Analysis, AI/GenAI Solutions, Agile/SAFe
Business / Domain Skills	Business Requirements, Stakeholder Management, Enterprise Systems, Data Governance, AI Solution Analysis, Financial Services
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience supporting enterprise AI or GenAI initiatives, including LLM, RAG, or agentic AI solutions.
2. Experience working in regulated financial services, banking, wealth management, or other complex enterprise environments.
