Job Description

OhioHealth is seeking an Epic Systems Analyst to support and optimize Epic across our extensive healthcare network. In this role, you will configure and maintain Epic modules, translate clinical and operational requirements into effective system solutions, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. You will collaborate closely with clinicians and IT teams, manage upgrades and new features, and provide testing, training, and go-live support. Responsibilities

  • Configure, build, and maintain Epic modules to support clinical and business workflows
  • Collaborate with clinicians and operational leaders to gather and analyze requirements
  • Troubleshoot, test, and resolve Epic-related issues and defects
  • Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and technical specifications
  • Perform system upgrades, patches, and new feature implementations
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security in accordance with healthcare regulations
  • Create and execute test plans and validation scripts for Epic changes
  • Provide end-user support, training, and go-live assistance
  • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for reliability and efficiency
  • Partner with IT, vendors, and project teams on Epic initiatives and integrations
