We’re looking for driven Account Managers who want to build a territory, develop long-term customer relationships, and create a rewarding career in sales.

Whether you bring sales experience or transferable experience from construction, property management, building materials, or another customer-facing industry, we’re interested in people with the drive and ability to succeed.

Earning potential up to $150,000+ — As you build your territory and recurring book of business, strong performers have the opportunity to significantly grow their income through our performance-based commission structure.

Prospect through direct outreach, networking, referrals, and industry relationships
· Conduct site visits and identify customer flooring needs
· Grow existing accounts and recurring revenue
· Manage your pipeline and partner with internal teams to deliver strong customer experience
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
· Organized and able to independently manage a territory and pipeline
· Sales, business development, account management, construction, property management, building materials, or related experience preferred
· High-potential early-career candidates are encouraged to apply
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the territory
