The Role

• Develop and implement sourcing and contracting solutions for a major, multi-year investment programme.
• Identify and manage procurement-related risks, issues, and liabilities.
• Support and manage procurement plans, ensuring stakeholder requirements are captured.
• Provide commercial and supply chain support to delivery programmes.
• Lead end-to-end procurement processes, including tender development, evaluation, and contract award.
• Negotiate with suppliers on commercial aspects to achieve optimal outcomes for the business.

What You'll Need

• Experience in supply chain within facilities management or the infrastructure industry.
• Proven experience in leading or supporting procurements based on specifications for design and manufacture/build.
• Understanding of procurement methodologies, processes, policies, and strategy.
• Experience in contract and supplier performance management.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent (desirable).
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments (desirable).
