The Role

• Develop sourcing and contracting solutions for a substantial, multi-year investment programme.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and liabilities within procurement and contract strategies.
• Support and manage procurement plans to meet stakeholder requirements.
• Provide commercial and supply chain support to delivery programmes.
• Lead the sourcing and contracting process, including tender development, evaluation, and award.
• Negotiate commercial aspects with suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.

What You'll Need

• Experience in supply chain, specifically within facilities management or infrastructure.
• Proven experience leading or supporting procurements based on design and build specifications.
• Understanding of business and procurement methodologies, processes, and strategy.
• Experience in contract and supplier performance management.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is desirable.
