They are seeking a diligent Procurement Professional to join their dynamic Estates team, contributing to a significant, multi-year investment program in the Northwest. The Role

• Develop sourcing and contracting solutions for a key investment programme.
• Identify and manage procurement risks, issues, and liabilities.
• Support and manage procurement plans, incorporating stakeholder requirements.
• Provide commercial and supply chain support for delivery programmes.
• Lead tender processes, including development, evaluation, and award.
• Negotiate with suppliers on commercial aspects to achieve optimal outcomes.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience in supply chain, ideally within facilities management or infrastructure.
• Experience leading or supporting procurements based on specifications for design and build.
• Understanding of procurement approaches, processes, policies, and strategy.
• Experience in contract and supplier performance management.
• CIPS qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is a plus.
