Job Description

IT Procurement Manager

7-Month FTC

Hybrid

£69,000-£78,000 + benefits

An experienced IT Procurement Manager is required to join a leading international law firm during an exciting period of transformation. This is an opportunity to play a key role in the evolution of the procurement function, working directly with senior stakeholders including the CTO and Heads of Department to design and deliver sourcing strategies across a broad IT spend portfolio.

You'll lead end to end procurement activity covering software, SaaS, cloud, cyber security, infrastructure, networking, hardware and managed services, while helping to shape the future direction of procurement within the organisation.

Responsibilities-

Leading complex IT sourcing and contract negotiations.

Developing category strategies and identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Managing supplier relationships and performance.

Partnering with senior stakeholders to drive commercial value.

Supporting procurement transformation and service improvement initiatives.

Prioritising a varied pipeline of procurement activities in a fast-changing environment.

Skills/Experience-

Proven IT procurement and strategic sourcing experience.

Strong knowledge across software, cloud, cyber, infrastructure and managed services categories.

Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Comfortable operating in an evolving environment with limited established processes.

Experience of procurement transformation, service design or operating model change would be advantageous.

CIPS qualification desirable.
