The Role

• Lead and manage a sales team within an assigned geographic area.
• Develop strategy and tactics for driving all sales activities within the region.
• Recruit, select, train, and coach sales employees.
• Achieve regional sales operational objectives by implementing production, productivity, and customer-service standards.
• Meet regional sales financial objectives by forecasting, budgeting, and analyzing variances.
• Maintain and expand the customer base by identifying new opportunities and building strong client relationships.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent experience (High school diploma/GED required).
• Proven track record in the sales and delivery of commercial electronic security solutions.
• Demonstrated project and people management skills and experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of sales or marketing management experience.
• At least 5 years of outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record in high sales quota attainment.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and presentation software.
