, you’ll help build a new insurance agency around high integrity, strong service, and people who want to make insurance a real career. As our
Insurance Customer Service Rep
, you'll be hands-on. You’ll answer calls, help customers with accounts and payments, work through questions, enter information, import documents, and conduct insurance reviews.

You’ll also have conversations about life events and changing coverage needs, helping customers understand when it may be time to make an update. You’ll need to be comfortable talking with a customer while navigating dashboards and systems simultaneously. You’ll receive on-the-job training, mentorship, and ongoing professional development, with the flexibility of a hybrid remote schedule. The agency is being built with long-term growth in mind, offering potential career paths in service management, sales management, lead training, or, eventually, agency ownership.

You’ll also have PTO, paid holidays, a Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off, and a flexible work arrangement. If you want to learn, grow, and help build something from the beginning, we’d love to meet you. Answer customer phone calls and questions. Assist customers with accounts, payments, and service needs. Enter customer information accurately. Conduct insurance reviews with customers. Import and organize documents. Multitasking ability while managing customer conversations. Strong communication skills, especially by phone.

Comfortable navigating dashboards while speaking with customers. Willingness to learn new systems and insurance concepts. Insurance license required.
