Senior Project Manager – IT / GxP Pharmaceutical

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology and infrastructure initiatives within a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical/biotech environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network upgrade implementations, IT infrastructure projects, vendor management, and cross-functional project leadership.

Experience supporting Quality, Laboratory, or Manufacturing systems, particularly LIMS or Sample Management systems, is highly preferred.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 7+ years of IT project management experience.
• Proven experience managing network upgrade or IT infrastructure implementation projects.
• Experience working in a GxP-regulated pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment.
• Strong understanding of GxP requirements and regulated IT environments.
• Experience managing third-party vendors and service providers.
• Strong experience with Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with minimal supervision.
• PMP certification is preferred.

Preferred Experience

• Pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry experience.
• Experience supporting Quality, Laboratory, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience with LIMS, Sample Manager, or other laboratory/quality systems.
• Experience with network infrastructure upgrades and technology implementations.
• Experience supporting system validation, compliance, or GxP-regulated implementations.
• Experience with organizational change management and technology adoption.
