*Senior Project Manager* - Onsite role, Local to Pennsylvania

Currently Kellton Tech is looking for talented resources for one of our listed Client. Below are the position details

Position: Senior Project Manager Location: Harrisburg, PA | Onsite/Hybrid
Duration: 12 Months Contract

• Lead large-scale IT projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, estimates, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage scope, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Maintain RAID logs and develop risk mitigation strategies through closure.
• Coordinate business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, and deployment activities.
• Track project progress and take corrective action to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare project status reports, metrics, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and decision-making sessions.
• Ensure deliverables meet business, technical, quality, and compliance requirements.
• Manage vendor relationships and serve as the primary project point of contact.
• Coordinate training, knowledge transfer, and project communications.
• Ensure adherence to PMO methodologies, standards, and governance.
• Mentor junior project management staff as required.

Required: 7+ years of IT Project Management experience.

Required: PMP certification with 5+ years of experience.

Preferred: SaaS implementation experience and Public Health/Drug & Alcohol program experience.

Required: Current Pennsylvania resident and ability to work onsite in Harrisburg as required.
