Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager - Software Delivery leads cross-functional teams to deliver complex technology and business initiatives. Working across engineering, product, machine learning, and client-facing groups, this role plans and tracks roadmaps, sprints, releases, and onboarding projects. The manager owns intake and prioritization of development requests, coordinates QA and release readiness, manages risks, and communicates status to stakeholders, helping FM deliver reliable workplace and facilities management software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering roadmaps, release schedules, sprint planning, and delivery activities.
• Manage intake, triage, prioritization, and tracking of development tickets and inbound technical requests.
• Plan and coordinate QA, acceptance testing, defect tracking, and post-release validation.
• Monitor technical client channels, route issues, and manage communication through resolution.
• Support technical aspects of new-client onboarding, including requirements, readiness, and handoffs.
• Coordinate data preparation and activities supporting machine-learning model training.
• Maintain project plans, dashboards, risk and issue logs, and communicate project health.
• Apply consistent PMO standards and drive continuous improvement across initiatives.
