Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Lead

Key Responsibilities:

* Translate business requirements into scalable, standardized ORC solutions (minimize customization)

* Facilitate workshops with HR, recruiting, and business stakeholders

* Provide 1-2 months of Warranty support

* Stabilize recruiting operations and optimize user adoption

 

Lead end-to-end functional design and configuration of:

* Oracle Recruiting Cloud

* Career Sites and Branding

* Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) lifecycle

* Hiring Manager and Recruiter experiences

 

Assess current Taleo processes and identify opportunities to:

* Simplify workflows

* Align to Oracle best practices

* Improve visibility into candidate pipelines and recruiter collaboration

* Support multi-phase data migration strategy (2-3 years historical data)

* Participate in mock conversions and validation cycles

 

Partner with technical lead to:

* Define data requirements between ORC and PeopleSoft HRMS

* Align with existing integration patterns where it makes sense

* Validate functional data flow (requisitions, candidates, hires)

 

Testing & Deployment Lead:

* Functional testing (SIT/UAT)

* Defect triage and resolution

* Support production readiness and go-live activities

 

* 3+ years of experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations

* Proven ability to deliver standardized (low customization) solutions

* Experience leading functional workstreams in Waterfall or hybrid environments

* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

 

Strong experience configuring:

* Recruiting workflows

* Career sites

* Candidate lifecycle management

 

Nice-to-Have:

* Experience replacing Taleo with ORC

* Knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS integrations

* Familiarity with job board integrations (LinkedIn, Handshake)

* Experience advising on data/reporting strategy (e.g., downstream analytics platforms)
