Job Description

Your Role

● Manage the full recruitment cycle for technology roles.

● Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent using Findem, LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.

● Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.

● Engage in employer branding initiatives to promote company culture and attract potential candidates.

● Assess candidate qualifications and manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.

● Adapt to and prioritize recruitment needs across various business functions beyond technology.

● Achieve a deep understanding of the business and establish relationships with key stakeholders.

 

What You Will Bring

Minimum of 5 years experience in recruiting, including 5 years recruiting technical roles for a software company.

● Proficient in sourcing talent using Findem, Linkedin or similar tools.

● Strong understanding of enterprise technology structures.

● Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.

● Ability to assess talent and manage candidates throughout the recruitment process.

● Experience managing demanding stakeholders and multiple recruitment priorities.

● Strong organizational skills and adaptability to various business functions.
