Clinical Magnet, a division of ICON Medical Network, is looking for a Head of Hygiene Recruiting to join a DSO located in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This role is in-person at our Bridgewater, New Jersey headquarters office, with travel for career events and meetings throughout territory as needed.

Head of Hygiene Recruiting Responsibilities

• Monitor and make adjustments to Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) - keeping accurate and detailed notes during all phases of recruiting process
• Being with the candidate from day one which will include scheduling interviews and the offer letter stage
• Review current and anticipated hiring needs with Talent Directors, monitoring for accuracy of all posts and adjustments as needed
• Attending career events to develop relationships with other hygienists, especially students.
• Posting requisitions, sourcing candidates and having detailed conversations to make sure candidate is the right fit

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (any state)
• Minimum two years of experience of with managing the recruiting or onboarding of new hires
• Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) - experience with Microsoft applications also a plus
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $75,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary + bonus potential
