Job Title: Business Analyst

Location: Coppell, TX

Job Description:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 8-12+ years BA experience on process automation or systems transformation programs.
  • UAT ownership (not coordination - you write, execute, and sign off test cases).
  • Good knowledge of BMAD to author stories and backlog management.
  • Demonstrated ability to extract undocumented, operator-held knowledge through interviews and observation not just reading SOPs
  • Experience classifying manual process steps for automation: what becomes a system rule, what becomes an AI decision.
  • Comfortable reading API specs and event flow diagrams to spot requirement gaps.
