The Role

• Act as the central point of contact for employee and applicant inquiries, providing exceptional service.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from screening and interviewing to extending job offers and coordinating onboarding.
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Facilitate new hire orientations, including system enrollments and benefits communication.
• Coordinate and manage administrative tasks such as background checks, drug screens, and uniform inventory.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and assist with HR compliance reporting.

What You'll Need

• High school diploma required; a degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS/ATS platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in a high-volume setting.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
