EP Operations Finance Controller

Abbott seeks an Operations Finance Controller for its Electrophysiology division in Irvine, California. The role involves leading financial planning, analysis, and controls for a manufacturing site while partnering with operations leadership to drive strategic business decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.

Design and maintain financial systems and controls for manufacturing site operations
Conduct monthly P&L and balance sheet close procedures and variance analysis
Develop annual product cost standards and manage capital investment analysis
Partner with operations teams on budget decisions and financial strategy presentations
Ensure compliance with GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, and corporate policies
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
~7+ years combined general accounting experience
~ Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI
~ Manufacturing accounting background preferred, including cost accounting
