Must-Have Skills:

• 1-3 years of experience cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting datasets using Excel, Python, R, or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills with attention to data quality and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field

Nice to Have Skills:

• Secret clearance and experience with Military Health Systems (MHS), DoD, government datasets, or healthcare environments
• Familiarity with data security, privacy, and handling sensitive information.
