Job description

DevOps Architect / Lead

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect/Lead to design, implement, and manage scalable DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure management, along with the ability to lead technical teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement DevOps strategies, architecture, and best practices.
  • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines for application deployment.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using tools like Terraform and Ansible.
  • Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and security teams.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor DevOps engineers.

Requirements

<>Required Skills
  • 10+ years of overall IT experience.
  • Strong experience in DevOps engineering and architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Ansible), Docker, and Kubernetes.
  • Strong scripting skills using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and leadership skills.
<>Preferred Skills
  • Experience with other cloud platforms such as IBM Cloud or Oracle Cloud.
  • Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like OpenShift or Rancher.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
  • Experience with security best practices in DevOps, including DevSecOps.
  • Strong understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
