• Support ExpressRoute, Azure Firewall, private DNS, routing, and NVA configurations

• Perform IP address management and network onboarding activities

• Configure firewall policies and networking controls across multiple environments

• Partner with application teams to support connectivity, performance, and availability requirements

CI/CD, Monitoring & Reliability Engineering

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure-based deployment tooling

• Implement monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions using Datadog and Azure Monitor

• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and post-incident reviews

• Support platform security through Azure Policies, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, and Key Vault integrations

• Create operational dashboards, SLOs, and performance reporting

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

• Review pull requests and collaborate with internal platform users

• Participate in architecture reviews, RFC discussions, and platform governance activities

• Create and maintain runbooks, operational documentation, and technical standards

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platform improvements

• Partner with global engineering teams across multiple regions

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Platform Engineering roles

• Strong Terraform expertise including module development, state management, and CI/CD integration

• Deep experience supporting Azure environments and cloud-native infrastructure
