Job Title: SAP Manufacturing Execution / MM Functional – Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Configured and supported SAP material and inventory processes used by manufacturing operations, including material master settings, inventory control, material availability, and replenishment.
• Supported production-related material governance, source determination, purchasing information records, and master data quality required for dependable manufacturing execution.
• Performed root cause analysis and troubleshooting for material availability, inventory, interface, and production support issues in live SAP environments.
• Worked with business users to document manufacturing and supply chain requirements and translate them into functional SAP solutions.
• Designed and supported IDoc integrations for purchase orders, confirmations, advance shipping notices, invoices, and material movement-related processes.
• Supported material availability planning, replenishment, inventory planning, and warehouse processes feeding production and downstream execution.
• Supported inbound and outbound logistics, inventory movements, material staging-related activities, and fulfillment processes integrated with SAP operations.
• Coordinated EDI and IDoc integrations including 850, 855, 856, and 810 transaction processing and resolved interface issues.
• Supported batch management, serialized inventory, and end-to-end material traceability requirements important to controlled manufacturing environments.
• Led data migration, inventory reconciliation, cutover planning, and go-live readiness for material and inventory processes.
• Conducted SIT, UAT, end-user training, knowledge transfer, and post-production support for integrated manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• Improved operational efficiency through process optimization, issue resolution, and stabilization of SAP material and inventory execution.
