The Planet Group is seeking 2 experienced Senior Oracle Manufacturing Leads to provide functional leadership for an Oracle initiative. This individual will serve as the primary lead for the Oracle Manufacturing workstream, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other Oracle functional leads to design and deliver solutions that support complex manufacturing operations.

Duration: 6 month contract with possible extension

Location: 30% travel required to CA & TX

Rate: $95/hr C2C + travel expenses

• Oracle Manufacturing / Supply Chain functional experience, with significant experience leading Oracle implementations.
  Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Fusion Cloud Manufacturing and related manufacturing functionality.
  Demonstrated experience serving as a Manufacturing Functional Lead or Workstream Lead on full lifecycle Oracle implementations.
  Strong understanding of end-to-end manufacturing processes, including:

• Discrete manufacturing
• Work orders and work execution
• Bills of Material (BOM)
• Work definitions/routings
• Inventory and material movement
• Production and shop-floor processes
• Manufacturing costing
• Supply and demand planning concepts

• Experience with Oracle modules that integrate closely with Manufacturing, particularly Inventory, Cost Management, Procurement, Order Management, Product Management/PIM, and Planning.
  Experience conducting client-facing workshops and translating business requirements into functional Oracle solutions.
  Strong experience with configuration, testing, defect management, cutover, and production support.
  Ability to understand integration requirements between Oracle Manufacturing and upstream/downstream applications.
  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
  Ability to independently lead a workstream while collaborating effectively across a larger Oracle program.
