Job Description
Pendo is seeking a Manager, Customer Engineering to lead a team of Customer Engineers in a full-lifecycle technical ownership model. You will translate team goals into individual assignments, coach reports, and run the day-to-day operating rhythm for your pod in Sydney or remote Melbourne.
You will coach, develop, and partner with Account Directors to ensure account health, retention, and expansion, while driving AI adoption across workflows and documentation.
