Job Description
PeopleSoft Business Analyst
✅ Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
✅ 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft applications.
✅ Strong experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, Payroll, Benefits Administration, or Campus Solutions.
✅ Experience gathering business requirements and creating functional design documents.
✅ Knowledge of PeopleTools, Application Engine, SQR, Query Manager, and Integration Broker.
✅ Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
✅ Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
✅ 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting PeopleSoft applications.
