Job description

HR SPECIALIST

(Enterprise, large-scale corporate)

  • Start ASAP
  • 3 months
  • £300-£350 pd
  • Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
  • 2 days a week on-site (London or Reading)

As HR Specialist you will be accountable for supporting the delivery of all central HR activities into a business function. Supporting the Business Partners and delivery across reward, talent & development, employee relations, culture & engagement, diversity & inclusion initiatives. Providing guidance to managers and employees while collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting delivery of the functional people plans aligned to the broader people agenda.
  • Support organisational design and change execution, including integration programmes and structural transitions.
  • Support employment cost forecasting and budgeting
  • Support employee relations cases, ensuring legal compliance and business continuity.
  • Align cross-functional HR priorities, frameworks, and initiatives to enable consistent delivery and impact.
  • Champion inclusive practices and cultural transformation.
  • Collaborate with Centres of Expertise to embed consistent policies and frameworks.
  • Support the execution of strategic workforce planning and talent initiatives.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a generalist HR role
  • Knowledge of generalist HR.
  • Understanding of relevant employment-related regulations and legislation.
